National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) is a nationwide celebration that brings together business leaders, career seekers, labor, educational institutions, and other critical partners to demonstrate their support for apprenticeship. NAW also provides apprenticeship sponsors with the opportunity to showcase their programs, facilities, and apprentices in their community. The week-long celebration highlights the benefits of apprenticeship in preparing a highly-skilled workforce to meet the talent needs of employers across diverse industries. NAW will be held on November 8-14, 2020 (apprenticeship.gov, 2020).

ANATOLE EXTERIORS PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, Anatole Exteriors recognizes the urgent need to prepare and maintain a highly-skilled workforce that is capable of meeting the demands of the industry we serve; and
WHEREAS, the United States currently faces a skills gap in the number of qualified workers to supply the needs across the Construction industry; and
WHEREAS, apprenticeship programs are uniquely capable of providing the academic and work-based learning required to develop in-demand skills in conjunction with employment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Leela Rao, Media Manager of Anatole Exteriors, call upon EIMA (EIFS Industry Members Association), Dryvit Systems, Sto Corp., BASF Wall Systems, etc. to recognize the value of apprenticeships, and to promote industry awareness and expansion during the sixth anniversary of:
